KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING/ Intervals

Kettlebell Conditioning Workout is a high-intensity endurance workout using circuit training followed by short periods of rest. This Kettlebell workout will increase work capacity as well as conditioning.

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

CARDIO-FIT USING RESISTANCE BANDS

Resisted Cardio Knee Up is a great cardio routine because when you are pushing through the resistance (cardio resistance bands) during these explosive workouts, not only do you challenge your core, particularly the hip flexors and quads, but your heart rate also goes up.

FITNESS PILATES

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principles and exercise of Joseph Pilates, delivered in a modern and functional group exercise session. 

Fitness Pilates address basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility in a non intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music. 

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and the general healthy adult. 

Fitness pilates is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for individuals with injuries. 

INTERVAL SPIN AND ABS

Not only does interval training allow you to improve your aerobic and anaerobic strength and conditioning, but it also enhances your stamina—and it does all this more quickly than other types of training do. In a sense, interval training tricks your body into getting fitter faster
